Annual MSSF Mendocino Fall Camp/Foray. Three years ago we returned the camp experience to our roots of: "The 3 F's" (Food-Forays-&-Fun). This year we will continue to improve on that theme. We will be adding more forays to choose from, a total of eight. We will also be continuing the very popular Saturday afternoon appetizer cooking demonstration. We will continue to provide speakers for both Friday and Saturday evenings, and we have arranged to have the same great chef and caterer return to cook for us again this year. Last but not least, Curt will conduct his legendary raffle and it will be bigger than ever! Our special guest speaker (Friday) this year at camp will be Katrina Blair from Durango, Colorado. She is the author of two books and is the founder of the "Turtle Lake Refuge" near her home in Colorado. On (Saturday) one of our favorite speakers, Gary Lincoff returns to entertain us again. Gary is the author of many mushroom books, and is also one of the founders of the Telluride Mushroom Festival in Colorado.
