MSSF Culinary Dinners

Our next dinner of the season is coming up soon:  Monday, October 7, 2024.
Space at the dinner is limited, so go NOW to the "Members Only" area of mssf.org and follow the prompts there to register for the dinner. Theme: "Mexican Mushroom Night"

MSSF Culinary Group February Dinner: "Mexican Mushroom Night"
Dinner Captain: Stephanie Wright
Date: Monday, October 7, 2024: 6pm - 9pm
            (Appetizers and brief Culinary Group business meeting before the main meal.)
Dinner Fee: $20; guests $25; kids 1/2 price 
              (To register, go to the "Members Only" area of mssf.org, and follow the prompts there. When registering, please check "pay at event" and ignore other payment options. Payment at the event only: cash or check.)

Menu

• Main Dish: Chicken, cheese and mushroom enchiladas with green sauce
• Vegetarian Alternative: Vegetarian Fall Mushroom Enchiladas with red sauce - includes lobster mushrooms collected on Saturday, plus roasted vegetables & cheese
• Roasted Butternut Squash w/ Mole
• Colorful Cole Slaw
• Multigrain medley with shiitake mushrooms
• Beans
• Dessert: fruits bars - tangy lemon bars, mango bars, berry bars
• Coffee & Tea

 

APPETIZERS: Everyone is encouraged to bring an appetizer (preferably one containing mushrooms) for sharing with the Group before the main meal. As with all Culinary Group dinners, you must bring with you: table covering, dishes, cutlery, and beverage of choice (plus a container for carrying home dirty dishes and any leftovers); these are not provided.
