MSSF Culinary Group February Dinner: "Mexican Mushroom Night"

Date: Monday, October 7, 2024: 6pm - 9pm
            (Appetizers and brief Culinary Group business meeting before the main meal.)
Dinner Fee: $20; guests $25; kids 1/2 price

Menu

• Main Dish: Chicken, cheese and mushroom enchiladas with green sauce
• Vegetarian Alternative: Vegetarian Fall Mushroom Enchiladas with red sauce - includes lobster mushrooms collected on Saturday, plus roasted vegetables & cheese
• Roasted Butternut Squash w/ Mole
• Colorful Cole Slaw
• Multigrain medley with shiitake mushrooms
• Beans
• Dessert: fruits bars - tangy lemon bars, mango bars, berry bars
• Coffee & Tea

APPETIZERS: Everyone is encouraged to bring an appetizer (preferably one containing mushrooms) for sharing with the Group before the main meal. As with all Culinary Group dinners, you must bring with you: table covering, dishes, cutlery, and beverage of choice (plus a container for carrying home dirty dishes and any leftovers); these are not provided.

On the third Tuesday of each month from September thru May, the Mycological Society of San Francisco hosts a General Meeting open to Members and the public.  The Society has maintained our schedule of events using electronic media, Zoom, to meet and share our mission to educate about the kingdom of Fungi.

General meetings are open to the public.
