Our next dinner will explore popular mushrooms in Asian cuisine. Come enjoy deliciously-prepared shiitake, snow mushrooms, enoki, king trumpets, oyster mushrooms, wood ear, shimeji ... and more! REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED (sign up now in the "members only" area of mssf.org) and everyone who comes is encouraged to bring an appetizer (preferably one containing mushrooms) to share with the Group. The main meal will be prepared and presented by DINNER CAPTAIN ELIZABETH SIMONSON and her intrepid band of volunteer dinner team members.
